The immigration authorities will send you a questionnaire when you submit your application for Norwegian citizenship. If your request is denied, the RIV will notify you and send you a report on your unsuccessful application for quarantine.

Norway should not allow anyone to enter Norway except Norwegians. Even if you have a visa from another country you will still need to attend quarantine when you arrive in Norway. The purpose of quarantining is to protect the population from contagious disease. This policy can also be applied to people who are not eligible to travel or people with temporary work permits, as well to permanent residents of Norway.
